Throughout his career, MJ has not only garnered expertise through study and real practice but has also shared his knowledge and practical lessons by mentoring others. MJ has become the go-to Valuation Specialist for people who want to achieve more in their real estate investing business.
One of MJ's most notable contributions to the real estate industry is the creation of InvestorComps. Understanding the need for accurate and up-to-date information and training, he developed a valuation system that provides investors with reliable data, market analysis, valuable insights, and training. Since its launch in 2006, domestic and international clients have used InvestorComps as an indispensable tool in their real estate investing.
MJ graduated from DeVry University earning a BS in Accounting with a focus on real estate finance. He furthered his studies at Keller Graduate School of Management and continues to study the real estate industry, finance, business innovation, strategy, and more. His educational background has played a crucial role in his ability to analyze markets, identify trends, and make informed investment decisions.
